We sell our products in bulk quantities to wholesalers, distributors, and select partners that support a value-added distribution network.
RETAIL
If you wish to purchase any of our items via retail, please see the Our Products page to select an individual product and view the list of retailers that carry it.
We realize that you may not be located near the retailers selling our products. You can request a sample of many of our products by downloading an order form and faxing or emailing it to us. With your order, we provide information on how to get our products carried by a retail outlet near you.

Summary of Key Terms & Conditions:
Freight – Prepaid shipping on orders over $300 to a single location in the continental US.
All other orders: F.O.B. AR. Overseas shipment terms are the same to the port of embarkation.
Payment terms – Net 30 days. Prices are subject to change without notice. A monthly finance charge of 1.5% will be added to past due invoices. Concept Product’s billing policy is from date of invoice on all orders. Unless otherwise annotated, all invoices become past due 31 days from date of invoice.
We accept Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express for payment.
Returns – We will give immediate consideration to settlement of Buyer’s claims, but in no event shall Concept Products be liable on any claim unless notified within 30 days after delivery date. A 25% restocking charge will be assessed based on original invoice value on all merchandise returned for credit. Buyer may not return any merchandise without first obtaining written permission and return shipping instructions from Concept Products.
Return shipments made without Concept Products’ written permission will be refused without responsibility.
